North Broward Prep has officially named Tricia Amrhein as the new Athletic Director.
Mike Ostrowski previously stepped down earlier this month to become the head of a new worldwide partnership between Nord Anglia Education and IMG Academy. Amrhein previously coached the girls soccer team at NBP.
“I was very excited that Tricia was selected for the position,” Ostrowski said. She has worked in the NBP athletic department for nearly two decades and knows the community inside and out. I am extremely confident that she will continue to build upon the established culture of excellence that we have created and will take the athletic program to new heights.”
The Eagles are already off to a solid athletic start this year, with several teams all recording wins early this year. NBP also installed a new turf to their football field and will look to continue their success from a school that has combined to win four State Championships in the last three years in baseball and hockey.
