The Monarch High School’s girls volleyball team achieved their first victory this season on Tuesday night.
The Knights beat Coral Glades in four sets for their tenth straight win over the Jaguars. Monarch had only five victories a season ago but will look for their second straight on Tuesday, August 29, against Marjory Stoneman Douglas at 6 p.m.
They will then play 16 more times with rivalry matchups against Coral Springs Charter, Coral Springs High School, and Coconut Creek throughout the season.
