The City of Margate is inviting residents to help shape the vision for its upcoming City Center project during a public discussion session on Tuesday, Oct. 28.
The meeting, hosted in partnership with Brookfield Properties, will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Leonard Weisinger Community Center, 6199 NW 10th St.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about the proposed development, ask questions, and share feedback with city officials and project representatives.
“Community input is essential to creating a City Center that reflects the needs and values of our residents,” said City Manager Cale Curtis. “We invite everyone to participate in this important conversation.”
The project, envisioned for up to 50 acres near State Road 7 and Margate Boulevard, could include a mix of retail and residential spaces designed to create a vibrant downtown destination.
The event is free and open to the public.
