A victim reported being threatened with a knife and chased away from a laundromat. The victim declined prosecution.

Location: Marshalls, 5461 W. Atlantic Blvd.
Date/Time: Dec. 9, 2025, between 12:35 p.m. and 12:37 p.m.
An unknown Black male entered the store and stole $360.73 worth of merchandise. The theft was captured on store surveillance cameras.

Burglary to Vehicle
Location: NW 2nd Street
Date/Time: Between 3 p.m. on Dec. 10 and 6 a.m. on Dec. 11, 2025
An unknown subject entered an unlocked Ford Bronco and removed a wallet from the center console.

Vehicle Burglary
Location: Country Club Drive
Date/Time: Between 10:45 a.m. and 2:45 p.m.
Credit cards and cash were removed from a vehicle.

Falzone physically harmed the victim.

Defendant: Michael Pressley, B/M, DOB 10/15/1957
The arrest occurred following a traffic stop.

Defendant: Shirley Julien, DOB 05/15/1994
Julien concealed $179.88 worth of clothing and was followed to her vehicle by loss prevention.

DUI / Leaving the Scene of a Crash
Location: NW 18th Street and NW 65th Avenue
Defendant: Ana Solange Rosero Bahos, W/F, DOB 10/06/1973
The defendant was involved in a traffic crash and left the scene. She was later located nearby, investigated for DUI, and charged with multiple DUI and hit-and-run violations.

Retail Theft / Resisting Officer Without Violence
Location: CVS, 1200 N. State Road 7
Defendant: Charles Wilder
Wilder stole two cases of beer valued at $45.98 and fled on foot. He was located hiding at 5603 NW 8th St. Items were recovered and returned.

Capias / Possession of Cocaine
Location: Wawa, 2000 N. State Road 7
Defendant: Marvin Gray, B/M, DOB 07/25/1988
Officers responded to a report of the defendant passed out outside the building. A records check revealed active warrants, and a search incident to arrest uncovered three baggies of cocaine.

Violation of Probation
Location: 6500 Southgate Blvd.
Defendant: Max Saint-Sauveur, DOB 02/24/1996
The defendant was observed driving at a high rate of speed despite being on probation with a no-driving restriction.

Warrant Arrest
Location: 6900 W. Atlantic Blvd.
Defendant: Christopher Nieto, DOB 12/11/1985
Officers responding to a disturbance discovered an active warrant for three counts of criminal use of personal identification.

Domestic Violence Strangulation
Location: East River Drive
Defendant: Santio Joseph, B/M, DOB 03/20/1983
Joseph placed both hands around the victim’s neck, cutting off her airway.

Unsafe Weapon Storage (Misdemeanor Arrest)
Location: 5461 W. Atlantic Blvd.
Defendant: Nelon Johncharles, DOB 12/19/1996
During a traffic stop for a child not in a car seat, a 3-year-old child retrieved an unsecured firearm from under a seat. Johncharles was released on a notice to appear.

Trespass in a Structure (Three Juvenile Arrests)
Location: McDivots, 3011 Rock Island Road
Three juveniles entered the structure without authorization after viewing a TikTok video. No damage was reported. Charges are pending referral to the Juvenile Civil Citation program, and the juveniles were released to their guardians.

Domestic Battery (Victim Over 65)
Location: Holiday Springs Boulevard
Defendant: Morris Jemal, W/M, DOB 09/13/1981
Jemal struck a victim over the age of 65, causing a laceration to the victim’s lip.
