The Margate Police Department responded to various incidents and made multiple arrests between December 23 and 29, 2025.
Incidents
Information Reports
Police responded to reports at multiple locations, including 3011 Rock Island Road, 6650 Royal Palm Boulevard, 1815 N. State Road 7, and 609 S. SR 7. No victims were listed.
Missing Persons
A missing person was reported at 6141 SW 1st St. on Dec. 23.
Another missing person was reported at 345 Banks Road on Dec. 28.
Auto Theft
A 39-year-old man reported an auto theft along Southgate Boulevard in North Lauderdale on Dec. 23.
Theft
Theft reports included incidents at SW 7th Avenue, Celebration Pointe, Royal Palm Boulevard, and Highlands Circle. Reported losses ranged from $1 to $600.
Retail thefts were reported at Dollar Tree (332 S. SR 7) and Mobile Mart (7844 W. Sample Road).
Fraud
Fraud cases were reported along Winfield Boulevard, NW 54th Avenue, and NW 1st Street. One victim reported a loss of $5,000, while another reported $4,145.
Robbery
A robbery by sudden snatching was reported on NW 1st Street on Dec. 24, with an estimated loss of $1,700.
Burglary
A burglary conveyance was reported on NW 6th Street with an estimated loss of $172.
Battery
Multiple battery incidents were reported throughout the city, including along Southgate Boulevard, Banks Road, SW 8th Court, and SW 64th Terrace.
Sexual Battery
A sexual battery involving a protected victim was reported, with the incident occurring earlier in the year and reported on Dec. 23.
Elderly Abuse / Neglect
Reports involving elderly victims were documented on NW 22nd Court and NW 76th Terrace.
Domestic Disturbances (Non-Crime)
Numerous domestic disturbance calls were reported at residences throughout Margate, including locations on Winfield Boulevard, NW 80th Avenue, and Blue Runner Lane. No victims were listed in most cases.
Criminal Mischief
Criminal mischief was reported on Festival Drive and Holiday Springs Boulevard.
Death Investigations
Police conducted death investigations on NW 11th Street, NW 65th Avenue, Banks Road, and other locations. No foul play was indicated in the reports.
Trespassing
Trespassing incidents were reported at 4998 W. Atlantic Blvd. and other commercial locations.
Baker Act / Marchman Act
Several individuals were taken into custody under the Baker Act at locations including Rock Island Road, State Road 7, and NW 65th Avenue.
Arrests
Andrew Conserve, 37, was arrested on a charge of grand theft of a motor vehicle.
Scott Anders Beckermit, 56, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Ulrich Jean Pierre, 60, was arrested on a charge of sexual assault of a person 18 years or older.
Cesar Wildy, 28, was arrested on a charge of robbery by sudden snatching without a firearm or weapon.
Randy Gregory Gotrace, 25, was arrested twice on charges of petit theft.
Sania Nicolas, 33, was arrested on a charge of battery causing bodily harm related to domestic violence.
Deivison Ribeiro, 36, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence injunction violation.
Sean Perez, 19, was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana over 20 grams.
Nichole Denise Polivnale, 50, was arrested on a charge of trespassing after warning.
Jimmy Dell Wright, 51, was arrested on a charge of touch or strike/battery related to dating violence.
Cynthia Gerri Jackson, 36, was arrested on a charge of battery causing bodily harm related to domestic violence.
Denise Clara Williams, 37, was arrested on a charge of battery causing bodily harm related to domestic violence.
Aliane Geffrard, 59, was arrested on a charge of touch or strike/battery related to domestic violence.
Jah.criteria Burns, 42, was arrested on a warrant for writ of arrest and commitment.
Jermaine Isiah Warde, 43, was arrested on a charge of petit theft.
Kalicharan Hingoo, 78, was arrested on a charge of battery on a person 65 years or older.
Marquel Deshaun Stevenson, 23, was arrested on a charge of battery causing bodily harm related to dating violence.
David Maier Manasher, 45, was arrested on a charge of grand theft under $5,000.
