Wins have been tough to come by for the Coconut Creek High School baseball team this season, but they picked up a big win on Senior Night on Monday.
The Cougars defeated Dillard High School 15-3, with Kris Weiker, Shane Laing, Andres Catano, and Mason Guerrero honored. Coconut Creek also picked up their second win of the season after beating Boyd H. Anderson High School on April 6.
Next, the Cougars will play two more regular-season games before starting the District Tournament. Coconut Creek faces Stanhan High School on Wednesday, April 27, before playing Hallandale High School on Friday, April 29. Those two teams are a combined 3-20 this year.
