An aggravated battery on Pinewalk Drive North was reported Sept. 28.

A battery on Lakeside Drive was reported Sept. 22.
A battery on NW 63rd Avenue was reported Sept. 22.
A battery on Kathy Court was reported Sept. 27.
Auto Theft
An auto theft on Holiday Springs Boulevard was reported Sept. 26.
Vehicle Burglary
A vehicle burglary on NW 61st Avenue was reported Sept. 23. The estimated loss was $1.
A vehicle burglary on NW 15th Court was reported Sept. 23.
A vehicle burglary at 1448 N. State Road 7 was reported Sept. 26. The estimated loss was $1.
Theft
A retail theft at 5555 W. Atlantic Blvd. was reported Sept. 22. The estimated loss was $218.
A theft on NW 12th Street occurred between Sept. 17, 2025, and Sept. 23, 2026, and was reported Sept. 23. The estimated loss was $160.
A theft on SW 11th Street occurred between Sept. 22 and Sept. 25 and was reported Sept. 25. The estimated loss was $2.
A theft on NW 62nd Avenue occurred between Sept. 4 and Sept. 25 and was reported Sept. 25. The estimated loss was $221.
Fraud
A fraud on Country Club Drive occurred between Aug. 20 and Aug. 24 and was reported Sept. 22.
Credit card or ATM fraud on Vista Way was reported Sept. 23. The estimated loss was $396.
Elder Abuse or Neglect
An elder abuse or neglect incident on NW 80th Avenue occurred between Sept. 23 and Sept. 24 and was reported Sept. 24.
Violation of Court Order
A court order violation on Marion Avenue was reported Sept. 24.
Trespassing
Trespassing at 6101 W. Atlantic Blvd. was reported Sept. 23.
Trespassing at 5555 W. Atlantic Blvd. was reported Sept. 26.
Trespassing at 2020 N. State Road 7 was reported Sept. 26.
Traffic Violations
An arrestable traffic violation at 924 E. River Drive was reported Sept. 22.

Domestic Disturbances
Noncriminal domestic disturbances were reported at 2900 NW 62nd Ave. on Sept. 23 and Sept. 25; 6276 Harbor Bend on Sept. 25; and 705 NW 80th Terrace, 557 Kathy Court and 5530 N. Lakewood Circle on Sept. 26.
Additional noncriminal domestic disturbances were reported at 331 NW 76th Ave., 7640 NW 18th St., 6800 NW 15th St. and 2751 Rock Island Road on Sept. 27; and 5700 Toscana Place and 5780 Lakeside Drive on Sept. 28.
Lost Property
Lost property at 5790 Margate Blvd. was reported Sept. 24.
Lost property at 102 Rock Island Road was reported Sept. 25.
Baker Act or Marchman Act
Baker Act or Marchman Act incidents were reported at 6234 NW 1st St. on Sept. 22; 2622 NW 60th Ave. on Sept. 26; 6750 NW 20th St. and 1523 NW 80th Ave. on Sept. 27; and 1860 Barcelona Terrace on Sept. 28.
Other Reports
An agency assistance incident at 360 E. Laurel Drive was reported Sept. 22.
Information reports were recorded at 4990 SW 7th St. and 6501 NW 9th St. on Sept. 22; 7505 NW 5th Court on Sept. 23; 3087 Doubloon Drive, 975 NW 67th Ave. and 5834 Coral Lake Drive on Sept. 24; State Road 7 on Sept. 26; and South State Road 7 at SW 2nd Court on Sept. 28.
Arrests
Torrance Lagree, 25, was arrested Sept. 22 on Lakeside Drive on a charge of domestic battery.
Bryan Lenard Wilcher, 49, was arrested Sept. 22 at 5555 W. Atlantic Blvd. on a theft charge.
Bryan Kristopher Clark, 19, was arrested Sept. 22 at 6338 SW 2nd St. on a felony warrant.
Franck Excellent, 42, was arrested Sept. 22 at 924 E. River Drive on a charge of fleeing or eluding police by failing to obey an officer’s order to stop.
Bryant Mitchell Eubanks, 24, was arrested Sept. 22 on NW 63rd Terrace on a charge of domestic battery.
Chase McCulough, 19, was arrested Sept. 22 at 9062 NW 23rd St. in Coral Springs on a charge of resisting an officer without violence.
Martin Joseph Cappello, 69, was arrested Sept. 23 at 6101 W. Atlantic Blvd. on a charge of trespassing after failing to leave upon the owner’s order.
J Marria Angel Marie Franklin, 24, was arrested Sept. 23 on NW 52nd Way on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon involving domestic violence.
Michael J. Dipani, 53, was arrested Sept. 24 on Marion Avenue on a charge of violating a domestic violence protection injunction.
Jessica Rodriguez, 39, was arrested Sept. 24 at 5442 S. Lakewood Circle on a charge of disorderly intoxication in a public place causing a disturbance.
Yanai Yasmine Murakata, 32, was arrested Sept. 26 at 5555 W. Atlantic Blvd. on a charge of trespassing in a structure or conveyance after a warning.
Joseph E. E. Uphold, 58, was arrested Sept. 26 at 2020 N. State Road 7 on a charge of trespassing in a structure or conveyance.
Jack S. Kakhankham, 44, was arrested Sept. 26 at 7600 W. Atlantic Blvd. on a charge of driving with a permanently revoked driver’s license.
Alan Naun Rosales Guevara, 21, was arrested Sept. 26 at 6000 Southgate Blvd. on a charge of fleeing or eluding an officer with lights and siren activated.
Kenneth Leonard Fobbs, 47, was arrested Sept. 27 at 1400 N. State Road 7 on a charge of DUI, second offense.
Cecile Stephanie Louis, 32, was arrested Sept. 27 on Kathy Court on a charge of battery causing bodily harm involving domestic violence.
Melissa Angelique McAllister, 37, was arrested Sept. 27 on North Lakewood Circle on a charge of aggravated child abuse.
Jamie Lamont Sapp, 46, was arrested Sept. 28 at 5555 W. Atlantic Blvd. on a charge of petit theft involving property valued between $100 and $750.
Brandon Davis Lalloo, 32, was arrested Sept. 28 at 6900 W. Atlantic Blvd. on a charge of DUI, first offense.
