Promenade at Coconut Creek is getting an array of new shops this year.
New businesses are opening soon at the 23-acre, open-air shopping center at 4467 Lyons Rd., including a home décor store, vegan restaurant, hair care salon, men’s barbershop, and women’s atelier, a specialty fitness business, and a new flower shop, according to management.
The soon-to-be tenants at the property include LoveSac, a furniture company; Madison Reed, a salon company; The Spot Barbershop, a grooming business; StretchLab, a fitness business; Burs Green Thumbs, a build-your-own-bouquet company; and aho! Atelier, a boutique store carrying handmade pieces.
“We love Promenade at Coconut Creek,” said Lorena Rodriguez, owner of aho! Atelier. “It is a warm, inviting, cheerful, and happy place. Our philosophy aligns perfectly with the center’s sentiment. We have been a part of this community for many years, and it was the next best step for us to open our atelier at Promenade.”
The shopping center also welcomed two other tenants recently: Carrot Express, a health food restaurant, and YogaSix, which features a 2,300-square-foot yoga studio, according to management.
