Margate City Commissioner Antonio V. Arserio.
A Message from the Mayor:
October is here, bringing cooler evenings, fall traditions, and plenty of opportunities for our community to come together. This is always a fun time of year in Margate, with several family-friendly events planned throughout the month.
I’m especially looking forward to our Fall Festival, which will be held at the Margate Sports Complex, 1695 Banks Road, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. It’s a great opportunity to get outside, spend time with family and friends, and enjoy an evening together with our community.
Then, on October 29, join us for our annual Trunk or Treat at Margate City Hall, 5790 Margate Boulevard, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Bring the kids in their favorite costumes and enjoy a safe and fun Halloween celebration with neighbors, friends, and families from throughout Margate.
Events like these are about more than just having fun. They give us an opportunity to connect with our neighbors, create memories with our families, and strengthen the sense of community that makes Margate such a special place to call home.
I want to thank our City staff, volunteers, community partners, and everyone who works behind the scenes to make these events possible.
I hope you and your family will join us, and I look forward to seeing many of you throughout October.
Have a safe and enjoyable month, and Happy Halloween!
Mayor Antonio V. Arserio, FRA-RP
