It was only a spring game, but the Monarch High School football team put on a show in their 44-0 victory over South Plantation High School on May 25.
The Knights are coming off a season where they went 4-4 but missed out on the playoffs. They had wins over Hallandale, Coral Springs High School, Marjory Stoneman Douglas, and West Boca Raton Community High School.
The Knights already have three games scheduled for this upcoming season with matchups against Boca Raton Community High School, Atlantic, and Olympic Heights, with several key players returning this year.
