The Margate Police Department responded to various incidents and made multiple arrests between August 11 and August 17, 2026.
Incidents
Fraud
A fraud was reported Aug. 11 in the area of Northwest Fifth Court. The victim reported an estimated loss of $5,525.
A credit card/ATM fraud was reported Aug. 12 in the 7230 block of West Atlantic Boulevard. The estimated loss was $153.
Another fraud was reported Aug. 14 in the area of Northwest 67th Avenue. The victim reported an estimated loss of $34,677.
A fraud was reported Aug. 17 at 5555 W. Atlantic Blvd. The estimated loss was $996.
Theft and Shoplifting
A shoplifting incident was reported Aug. 11 at Walmart, 5555 W. Atlantic Blvd. The estimated loss was $30.
A shoplifting incident was reported Aug. 13 at Walgreens, 7150 W. Atlantic Blvd. The estimated loss was $207.
A theft was reported Aug. 14 on Margate Boulevard. The estimated loss was $1.
A shoplifting incident was reported Aug. 17 at Walmart, 5555 W. Atlantic Blvd. The estimated loss was $108.
Battery and Assault
A battery was reported Aug. 11 in the 2960 block of North State Road 7.
A battery was reported Aug. 12 in the area of Northwest 16th Court.
Another battery was reported Aug. 12 in the area of Southwest 10th Street.
A battery was reported Aug. 13 in the area of Northwest Seventh Court.
An aggravated assault was reported Aug. 13 on North State Road 7.
Another battery was reported Aug. 13 in the area of Northwest Fifth Court.
A battery was reported Aug. 15 in the area of Southwest 10th Street.
Burglary and Property Damage
Property damage was reported Aug. 13 in the area of Northwest 58th Avenue.
A burglary of a building or structure was reported Aug. 14 in the area of Northwest Sixth Court.
Hit-and-Run
A hit-and-run crash was reported Aug. 13 at American Leak Detection, 490 N. State Road 7.
Drugs
A drug/narcotics offense was reported Aug. 11 at 5500 SW Sixth St.
Possession of drug paraphernalia was reported Aug. 15 at 1450 N. State Road 7.
Failure to Return Rental Vehicle
U-Haul reported a failure to return a rental vehicle Aug. 11 at 1700 N. State Road 7. Police records indicate the vehicle had been due back since June 16.
Arrests
Ryan Jude Marston, 19, was arrested Aug. 11 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver.
Tiana Angela Williams, 38, was arrested Aug. 11 on a felony traffic-related charge involving driving while her license was revoked.
Stefania Silva Andrade, 50, was arrested Aug. 11 on a felony charge of battery on an officer, firefighter or emergency medical worker.
Keith Sennie, 48, was arrested Aug. 11 on a misdemeanor theft charge.
Mark Anthony Martin, 19, was arrested Aug. 11 on a warrant.
Jonius Jean Pierre, 53, was arrested Aug. 12 on a charge of resisting an officer without violence.
Angel Cherie Eckerson, 41, was arrested Aug. 12 on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge.
Noriyah Princeton Greene, 18, was arrested Aug. 12 on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge.
Sharon Joy Barnett, 56, was arrested Aug. 13 on a felony grand theft charge involving $100,000 or more and a semitrailer.
Amanda Renia Eccles, 39, was arrested Aug. 13 on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge.
Chris Antony Lewis, 33, was arrested Aug. 13 on a felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon involving domestic violence.
Frank Cassata, 63, was arrested Aug. 13 on a felony domestic battery charge.
Andrea Lynn White, 45, was arrested Aug. 13 on a felony charge of battery on an officer, firefighter or emergency medical worker.
Zaria Brookes, 18, was arrested Aug. 13 on a misdemeanor battery charge.
Mchenry Joseph, 40, was arrested Aug. 14 on a felony burglary charge.
Luis Luna Cruz, 42, was arrested Aug. 14 on a misdemeanor trespassing charge.
Joseph G. Jean Marie, 64, was arrested Aug. 14 on a warrant.
Junweek Chrone, 45, was arrested Aug. 14 on a felony charge of resisting an officer with violence.
Eugenie Anne Forestal, 24, was arrested Aug. 16 on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge.
Justyn Malachi Moore, 24, was arrested Aug. 16 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
Alan V. Joseph, 56, was arrested Aug. 16 on a warrant.
Murial Deloise Warthen, 54, was arrested Aug. 17 on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
