A 3-year-old boy pulled from a lake in Coconut Creek Friday night has died, police said.
Coconut Creek Police said a neighbor got the boy out of the lake in the 3700 block of Cocoplum Circle at 6:23 pm. First responders then took over CPR from the neighbor.
The child was rushed to Broward Health North Coral Springs, where doctors pronounced him dead, according to police.
The death investigation is ongoing.
No additional information about the incident was made public Friday.
