Incidents
Theft
A theft was reported at 1135 Banks Road on Aug. 18. The estimated loss was $350.
A retail theft was reported at Dollar General, 700 S. State Road 7, on Aug. 19. The estimated loss was $21.
A retail theft was reported at Dollar General, 700 S. State Road 7, on Aug. 20. The estimated loss was $28.
A retail theft was reported at 5600 W. Sample Road on Aug. 21. The estimated loss was $15.
A theft was reported at a residence on Kathy Lane on Aug. 22. The estimated loss was $265.
A retail theft was reported at Walmart, 5555 W. Atlantic Blvd., on Aug. 23. The estimated loss was $109.
A retail theft was reported at Dollar General, 700 N. State Road 7, on Aug. 24. The estimated loss was $73.
Fraud
A fraud was reported at 5555 W. Atlantic Blvd. on Aug. 19. The estimated loss was $922.
A fraud was reported at a residence on Northwest 80th Avenue on Aug. 20. The estimated loss was $500.
Battery
A battery was reported at 5901 Colonial Drive on Aug. 18.
A battery was reported at a residence on East Greenview Terrace on Aug. 20.
A battery was reported at 499 N. State Road 7 between Aug. 21 and Aug. 22.
Robbery
A robbery was reported at a residence on Lakeside Drive on Aug. 22. The estimated loss was $152.
Drugs
A narcotics offense was reported at 6300 Southgate Blvd. on Aug. 19.
Possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at 5231 Coconut Creek Parkway on Aug. 22 and reported to police on Aug. 23.
Property Damage
Property damage was reported at 2970 N. State Road 7 on Aug. 19.
Property damage was reported at 260 NW 76th Ave. on Aug. 22.
Property damage was reported at 3400 Pinewalk Drive North on Aug. 22.
Property damage involving the City of Margate was reported at 5785 Park Drive on Aug. 24.
Baker Act
A Baker Act incident was reported on Southwest 55th Avenue on Aug. 20.
Another Baker Act incident was reported at 3390 Banks Road on Aug. 21.
A Baker Act incident was reported at 2000 N. State Road 7 on Aug. 23.
Elderly Abuse/Neglect
An elderly abuse or neglect incident was reported at a residence on Duval Drive on Aug. 24.
Recovered Vehicle
A recovered vehicle was reported at 1815 N. State Road 7 on Aug. 23.
Death Investigation
Police conducted a death investigation at 5951 Colonial Drive on Aug. 22.
Arrests
Jose Andres Marquez Ceruzzi, 25, was arrested Aug. 18 at a residence on Northwest 15th Court on a charge of grand theft between $10,000 and $20,000.
Andrea Nikole Mendez, 46, was arrested Aug. 18 at 600 S. State Road 7 on a warrant related to a pretrial domestic violation.
Marcaty Phaeton, 39, was arrested Aug. 19 at 3100 N. State Road 7 on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense.
Elijah Pierre Fortin, 30, was arrested Aug. 19 at 5500 W. Atlantic Blvd. on a charge of resisting an officer without violence.
David Lee Snell, 25, was arrested Aug. 19 at 6300 Southgate Blvd. on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
Salomon Nahuat Dzib, 39, was arrested Aug. 19 at 304 N. State Road 7 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
Sheniqua Benita Weaver, 34, was arrested Aug. 22 at 5555 W. Atlantic Blvd. on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense.
Nichole Denise Polvinale, 51, was arrested Aug. 22 at 1446 N. State Road 7 on a warrant.
Charveze Jamari Andrew Wilson, 20, was arrested Aug. 22 at a residence on Lakeside Drive on a charge of robbery without a firearm or weapon.
Stanley Sharrard Green, 27, was arrested Aug. 22 at 5231 Coconut Creek Parkway on a drug equipment possession/use charge.
Mykardo A. Fray, 28, was arrested Aug. 23 at 2888 NW 68th Lane on a warrant.
Jessie Jerome Brown, 61, was arrested Aug. 23 at 5555 W. Atlantic Blvd. on a larceny charge.
