Temple Beth Am is opening its doors to the community for a special “Be Our Guest” Friday night service and dinner on March 6, offering residents the opportunity to experience the warmth and traditions of Shabbat with its active congregation.
The evening will begin with Friday night services at 6 p.m., followed by a complimentary Shabbat dinner filled with the spirit and customs of welcoming the Sabbath. Guests will have the opportunity to meet the temple’s rabbi, lay leaders, and members, and learn more about the Conservative synagogue and its programs.
According to a news release, the event is designed to provide an inviting introduction to those considering joining a synagogue or reconnecting with their faith community.
There is no charge to attend the dinner; however, reservations are required. Those interested in attending must RSVP by Feb. 27 by calling the temple office at 954-968-4545 or visiting beth-am.org.
Temple Beth Am is located at 7205 Royal Palm Blvd in Margate.
