Coconut Creek is hosting a six-week boys basketball clinic, teaching basketball fundamentals, footwork, and conditioning through various drills.
The clinics are divided into two sessions based on age. Session I will include boys ages 9 to 12, and session II will be for boys ages 13 to 17.
Both sessions will occur on Saturdays, from October 29 to December 17. There won’t be clinics on November 19 and 26. Session I will take place from 10 to 11:30 a.m., while session II will last from noon to 1:30 p.m.
The clinics are held at the Community Center, located at 1100 Lyons Road.
A $40 payment for Coconut Creek residents and a $50 payment for non-residents are required to participate in the clinics. Credit card payment is the only accepted form of payment, no cash or checks.
Registration is ongoing until full, with each session limited to 15 participants. Participants can register online here or by walk-in at the Community Center or the Recreation Complex, located at 4455 Sol Press Blvd.
