
North Broward Prep Track and Field. {Athletics}

It was an incredible performance from the North Broward Prep Track and Field team in Regionals.
Not only did Morgan King win the Regional Championship in the high jump, the boys and girls 4 x 100 relay teams qualified for states. They both finished fifth, with the boys’ consisting of Connor Clyatt, Michael Bagot, and Apolo Rodriguez, while the girls have Leah Forudi, Victoria Hernandez, Alanna Amsterdam, and Ivory Edgecomb. They will be joined by teammates Adren Robert, Connor Clyatt, and Nina Sanguino.
The Eagles, who won the District Championship, also had several other competitors do well. Deandre Desinor placed in the top eight in the 100 and 200 meters, Rodriguez finished seventh in the 110 and 300 hurdles, while Marcus Dixon, Michael McGrath, and Zach Vidal participated in Regionals. Heandrez ran individually in the 100 meters and came in ninth. Alaysha Bruno came in 11th in the discus.
