North Broward Prep had a terrific end to the week, with a pair of teams competing.
The football team picked up their second straight win on Friday against Pine Crest School 27-20. The Eagles improved to 4-5 and had the chance to play at Howard Schnellenberger Field at FAU Stadium.
They will play American Heritage High School in the final game of the season on Friday, November 3, at 6 p.m. The Stallions are 3-6 this year but have wins against Westminster Christian, Aubrey Rogers Pine Crest, and Boyton Beach. However, NBP won 44-10 in their only meeting last season.
The swim team also had ten swimmers compete in regionals with Ryan Altimari, Egor Frantsevskiy, Emilo Sanchez Rivera, Isabella Garfias Toledo, Radhika Nanavati, Madison Laski, Shea Runsdorf, Rocco Lembit, Beny Papescu and Kayra Kanver. They will await the final results in the region to see who will compete in the State Championship.
