Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure After Allegedly Fondling Himself Behind Restaurant

A man was arrested for indecent exposure after witnesses alleged he was fondling himself by a dumpster behind Saigon Cuisine.

Oraine Henry, 40, of Margate, was taken into custody on March 26 after being identified as the suspect in an indecent exposure incident that took place on March 21.

According to a Margate Police Department report, a witness employed at the Women In Distress Thrift Store observed a black male exposing and fondling himself by a dumpster at the rear of Saigon Cuisine, a nearby restaurant.

The incident report shows that the witness stated that she was familiar with Henry, as he had engaged in similar behavior on previous occasions and was a former employee of Saigon Cuisine.

On March 26, the same witness spotted the suspect loitering in the breezeway near 1394 North State Road 7. Law enforcement officers responded to the scene and identified Henry through his Jamaican passport.

Henry was arrested and transported to the Broward County Main Jail and is being held with no bail due to an immigration hold.
