Bingo Fans Flock to Temple Beth Am for Decades-Long Tradition in Margate

For more than 30 years, Temple Beth Am in Margate has hosted some of the most beloved bingo games in Broward County, drawing players from across South Florida to try their luck and enjoy a warm, welcoming community atmosphere.

Held twice weekly, Bingo at Temple Beth Am takes place on Monday evenings and Wednesday mornings, offering an exciting mix of games, prizes, and camaraderie.

Open to the public, players from cities like Coral Springs, Coconut Creek, Parkland, Tamarac, Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Sunrise, Lauderhill, and Fort Lauderdale routinely gather to play what many consider “the best Bingo in Broward.”

Monday Night Bingo

• Doors open: 5:00 p.m.

• Early Bird games: Begin at 6:15 p.m.

• Packet sales end: 6:30 p.m.

• End time: Approximately 9:30 p.m.

Bingo pricing is affordable, with small, medium, and large packets ranging from $12 to $16. Extra games are available for $1 to $4 each. Every player must purchase a packet to participate.

The games are run by dedicated volunteers, and kosher snacks, sandwiches, and drinks are available for purchase. Complimentary coffee and tea are served throughout the event.

Players must be at least 18 years old to participate. Temple members interested in volunteering are encouraged to contact the office for opportunities.
