Come out and meet the backbone of Margate, the local business owners, at this year’s KOMIM Business Expo featuring food trucks, live music and boxing, free raffles, and more.
“We’re hosting this Business Expo to give back and provide an opportunity to the community to network with our local business owners,” said Ernie Ritenour, Co-Director of KOMIM Kares.
Keep Our Money in Margate is an organization started by Rob Reyner to rally the community to support local businesses. During covid, the team had to slow operations, but they are now back.
The Expo is free, and attendees can participate in a raffle where every 15 minutes, a prize will be given away. Prizes include six flat screen t.v.s, power tools, and a variety of other goods donated by local sponsors.
“We want Margate to be a go-to, not go through the city. A local business is the engine that ignites and runs the city, while residents are the fuel that feeds that engine. Let’s work together.” said Rob Reyner, Co-Director of KOMIM Kares.
The action begins on Saturday, June 10, from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Margate Sports Complex, 1695 Banks Rd, Margate, FL 33063. Businesses interested in participating as a sponsor can fill out the registration form online.
