Coconut Creek is hosting a brain and body extravaganza, where participants will exercise their minds and body using tools from the Ageless Grace program.
The extravaganza takes place on Tuesday, December 6, from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m., at the Community Center, located at 1100 Lyons Road. It is open for everyone ages 50 and up, costing $5 for Coconut Creek residents and $10 for non-residents.
The Ageless Grace program is a brain fitness program that consists of 21 simple exercise tools designed for all ages and abilities. The exercises are based on everyday movements and focus on lengthening the health of the body and the brain.
Registration is ongoing until full, with space limited to 25 participants. Registration is available online or by walk-in at the Community Center or the Recreation Complex, located at 4455 Sol Press Blvd.
