Chabad of Margate will host a Purim party and comedy show on Tuesday, March 3.
The event, to be held at the Palm Lakes Clubhouse, 7230 Lake Circle Dr., at 5 p.m., will include a festive Purim meal, music, a Megilah reading, and live entertainment, including a stand-up comedy show by Peter Fogel. Tickets are $18. Sponsorship is available, and tickets are available online only at chabadmargate.org/purim2026.
Rabbi Mendel Denburg of Chabad of Margate said, “The message of Purim is so relevant at the current moment. At a time when there is so much chaos in the world around us, the Purim story reminds us that G-d’s Hand is always there, and His miracles are around the corner.”
He added, “The miracle of Purim unfolded because Mordechai, the leader of the Jewish People, refused to compromise his beliefs or abandon his values. His unwavering courage continues to shine as a guiding light for us today.”
