
Tree Giveaway in Margate {City of Margate}
Margate residents can get a tree for their property to enhance their landscape and support a greener community.
On Saturday, April 25, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., the city will hold the Margate Tree Giveaway at the northwest corner of State Road 7 and Margate Boulevard. There will be one tree per residential address, and each person must bring a photo ID and proof of residency in Margate.
The city will offer yellow tabebuias, crape myrtles, live oaks, and citrus trees, including lemon, grapefruit, and orange, according to city information.
