A Margate woman shot a family member multiple times during a domestic dispute Saturday before fatally shooting herself, police said.
Shanique Jackson, 29, carried out the suicide and attempted murder at the Margate Gardens apartment complex, 5800 Margate Boulevard, according to a crime summary provided by Margate Police.
The victim was treated for her injuries at North Broward Hospital and listed in stable condition, police said.
No additional information about the victim was included in the police summary.
