North Broward Prep hockey team, the current State Champs, competed at Nationals in Dallas, Texas on March 24-26.
NBP went 1-2 in Division I with a lone victory of 6-4 against Centennial High School (Minnesota). The Eagles combined to score six goals in their first two games despite falling to Brookings High School (Minnesota) and Regis High School (Colorado).
St. Mary’s (Minnesota)went on to win the National Championship.
The Eagles qualified for Nationals after beating Newsome High School in Lithia, Florida, 4-2.
They finished the season with a record of 22-5 and return many key players for the 2022-23 season.
