Residents are invited to experience cultures from around the world at the City of Margate’s International Festival.
Held on Saturday, April 18, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Margate Sports Complex, 1695 Banks Road, the family-friendly event will feature an evening of live entertainment, interactive activities, and international cuisine, offering attendees a chance to explore traditions from a variety of cultures in one location.
Festival-goers can enjoy live music and performances on the Margate stage throughout the event, along with hands-on activities for all ages, including dance lessons, global games, and arts-and-crafts stations.
A variety of food vendors will be on-site, offering dishes from around the world available for purchase. Admission to the festival is free.
The city is also inviting Margate-based artisans and creators to participate as vendors. Those who specialize in cultural crafts, handmade jewelry, or globally inspired goods can apply through the city’s registration portal.
