South Florida Premier Speed Training Program, run by North Broward Prep’s Strength and Conditioning Coach John Garrish, has only two sessions left this summer.
Held at North Broward Prep, Garrish and several coaches have a free clinic for young athletes of all ages, sports, and genders.
Garrish, the 2022 National Strength Coach of the Year, encourages everyone to come out.
“Speed School is more than just a training session. It’s an experience for the entire community,” Garrish said. “Kids of all ages are encouraged to join us for age-appropriate speed development and fun.”
The next camp will be held on July 15 at 9:00 a.m., with the final session scheduled for July 22.
