It’s been a complete turnaround for the Coconut Creek High School boys volleyball team. After going winless the past two seasons, the Cougars are already 5-2 following their win over Franklin Academy on Wednesday.
Coconut Creek fell in the first set and won in four 23-25, 25-21,25-13-25-10.
Previously defeating Coral Springs Charter in their opening match, the Cougars then beat Nova High School in five sets on March 3. Coconut Creek also has wins over Miramar and Plantation High School, with their only loss coming against Pine Crest in five sets.
Next, the Cougars will once again play Coral Springs Charter on Tuesday, March 29 at 4:30 p.m. The Panthers have no wins in five matches this season.
