Margate has a new Mexican restaurant.
Birria Bacana celebrated a grand opening on January 10, and members of the community came to see the new restaurant.
“We had a good turnout, and I believe this is a good place to open our business. There are a few Mexican restaurants in the area, and we are near a Publix,” said Armando Gonzalez, the owner.
Birria Bacana specializes in slow-braised birria tacos, quesadillas, pollo al pastor, carne asada, birria ramen, and other creative fusions made with high-quality ingredients and vibrant flavors. The food is traditional Mexican, and Gonzalez says it’s a commitment to consistency.
“What makes us different is our dedication to flavor, presentation, and hospitality. You can taste the care in every dish,” said Gonzalez.
Birria Bacana is located at 6832 West Atlantic Boulevard. Business hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday. They are closed on Sundays.
