The Humane Society of Broward County is spotlighting two remarkable pets ready to find their forever families: Cedric, a two-year-old pup with a zest for life, and Jingle, a petite kitten.
Cedric (ID 691355) is a fun-loving, treat-motivated dog who arrived at the shelter via the county facility. While his past remains a mystery, staff and volunteers have discovered his many endearing qualities. This two-year-old walks well on a leash, knows commands like “sit,” and thrives on human companionship. After some playtime to expend his energy, Cedric transforms into a cuddle bug.
Thanks to Florida Panthers player Sam Bennett and his Benny’s Buddies program, Cedric’s adoption fee has already been covered. Bennett’s program helps a shelter pet every time he scores a goal.
Seven-month-old Jingle (ID 692099) is a 5-pound bundle of joy eager to spend this holiday season—and many more—with a loving family. She adores snuggling on warm blankets, receiving attention, and playing with catnip-filled toys.
The Humane Society of Broward County has many wonderful pets waiting to be adopted and now is the perfect time to meet them.
