Pet lovers can take home puppies and kittens from an adoption event in Margate on Saturday, Dec. 30.
UFAR Animals Rescue will host the event at its facility at 364 S. State Rd. 7, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Volunteers will be hanging out with pups and kittens outside in playpens and crates and taking them for walks.
There will be music and sponsored drinks and snacks for all visitors, organizers said. Families are encouraged to attend.
UFAR is a shelter and adoption facility that provides shelter for over 250 abandoned pets.
