The North Broward Prep girl’s volleyball team pulled off an incredible comeback Thursday night to win their first match of the season.
Despite being three points from defeat, The Eagles came back to defeat St. John Paul II Academy 12-25, 20-25, 28-26, 25-16, 16-14 to even their record at 1-1.
NBP fell in their first match of the season to Archbishop Mccarthy High School.

The team consists of Baylor Worley, Hailey Caple, Destiny Wiggins, Gabriela Rausseo, Gianna Palacio-Stiegele, Yasmin Marti, Stella Hartman, Ava Swartman, Riley Dynan, Cassidy Lehman, Aubrey Sheppard, and Emily Goldburg.
Next, the Eagles will play their third match of the season against Miami County Day High School on Monday, August 29, at 7:30 p.m. The Spartans are 0-1 this year after falling in four sets to Sports Leadership and Management in their first match.
