Parents in Margate can enjoy a few hours off while their kids have a night of fun, thanks to a new program from the City of Margate Parks & Recreation Department.
The city is launching Parents Night Out, a supervised evening program designed for children ages 5 to 12 at the Charles & Carol Katz Community Center. The event allows parents to relax, run errands, or enjoy a night out, knowing their children are in a safe and engaging environment.
During the three-hour program, participants will enjoy pizza for dinner, arts and crafts, organized games, and other activities led by Parks & Recreation staff. The event is limited to children ages 5 to 12 to ensure age-appropriate programming and supervision.
Parents Night Out is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28, from 6 to 9 p.m. The cost is $30 per child.

Registration is required, and space may be limited. Parents are encouraged to register in advance through the City of Margate Parks & Recreation Department.
