A man caught masturbating on a child’s bicycle in a Walmart parking lot was arrested and charged with indecent exposure.
On March 21, the Margate Police Department received an indecent exposure call from the Walmart parking lot located at 5501 West Atlantic Boulevard.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim, a homeless woman, who was in her vehicle at the time. The woman reported a man, later identified as Mondel Elise, 37, of North Lauderdale, was masturbating while on a child’s bicycle near her truck.
Based on the description given by the victim, police quickly located and confronted Elise. Officers were able to have the victim positively identify Elise as the man she saw masturbating outside her truck.
Elise was arrested and transported to the Broward County Main Jail where he is being held on a $2,500 bond.
