Man Charged with Exposure After Allegedly Masturbating in Front of Bank

A man was arrested and charged with exposure of sexual organs in public after allegedly masturbating in front of a Bank of America in Margate.

According to a Margate Police Department arrest report, an officer observed a man, later identified as Chase Kaplan, 33, of Lauderhill, masturbating outside the Bank at 550 North State Road 7.

The report indicated Kaplan was just 50 feet from traffic, where multiple vehicles observed him in the act.

Upon questioning, the report shows that Kaplan admitted to masturbating but reportedly explained that it was no big deal because he “finished quickly.”

Kaplan was arrested and taken to the Broward County Main Jail.
