Database: South Florida restaurant inspections
Search electronic records (click red link above) of sanitation and safety inspections conducted by Florida’s Division of Hotels and Restaurants on public food service establishments. Each inspection report is a “snapshot” of conditions present at the time of the inspection. On any given day, an establishment may have fewer or more violations than noted in their most recent inspection. An inspection conducted on any given day may not be representative of the overall, long-term conditions at the establishment.
Critical violations are those which, if not corrected, are more likely to directly contribute to food contamination, illness or environmental degradation.
Information in the database is downloaded directly from the state and contains spelling variations for cities. For best results with cities, use the Keyword search text box and search for a partial city name, such as “Lauderdale”
Sort by clicking on a column header, such as Total violations.
