The Humane Society of Broward County introduces two wonderful pets looking for their forever homes.
Bess
Bess (ID 663654) is a fun-loving dog ready to join your family; she is four years old and has a personality that shines. She spent her summer among campers and quickly became a favorite with the kids.
Known for her zoomies and playful antics with toys, Bess is an energetic companion who loves to plop in her pool, big or small. She’s a big ball of fun and enjoys the company of other well-mannered dogs. While she’s been waiting for her new home, it is recommended that potential adopters have a meet and greet to ensure the best fit.
Sarah Lynn
Sarah Lynn (ID 671465) is a beautiful rabbit found abandoned in a dog crate along with eight other rabbits. Each one of these bunnies has unique markings and is now thriving under the care of the shelter’s volunteers and staff.
The Humane Society emphasizes the importance of spaying or neutering rabbits, just like cats or dogs. When adopting a rabbit from the shelter, the shelter’s veterinarians carry out the procedure. The adoption fee for a bunny is $75, and adopters can even take home two bunnies for the price of one.
