The Margate Police Department responded to various incidents and made multiple arrests between October 28 and November 3, 2025.
Incidents
Retail Theft — Bealls
2450 N. State Road 7
A district manager reported that around 10:56 a.m., an unidentified Black male exited the store with several clothing items worth approximately $156.
Theft — CSL Plasma
1406 N. State Road 7
A Black male in his 20s, about 6 feet tall, wearing a dark-colored shirt and pants with the word “Pyramid,” was captured on video taking a Black iPhone 11 from a charger in the lobby.
Robbery — Walmart
5555 W. Atlantic Blvd.
A Walmart employee reported that a male suspect wearing a black face mask and red Yankees hoodie snatched an iPhone belonging to the store and fled on a bright blue Huffy bicycle. The same suspect had previously stolen a bike from Walmart on October 12.
Theft — Walmart
5555 W. Atlantic Blvd.
Brandon Minto, 4/2/95, and Damion Anderson, 8/17/81, stole a headlight bulb. Walmart declined prosecution due to the low value of the item, and both were trespassed.
Theft — Tribe Tea Lounge
1448 N. State Road 7
A dark blue Samsung A15 cellphone was reported stolen.
Theft — SW 4th Street
A Smith & Wesson Bodyguard .380 handgun with an extended magazine was reported stolen from a vehicle’s armrest. The gun has been missing since August 2025 and was entered into teletype as stolen.
Robbery — Strong Arm
6505 Winfield Blvd.
A 16-year-old victim reported being “jumped” by two males from a Maserati and Mercedes SUV. They stole his “Gucci” slides and other personal items. The victim refused medical treatment.
Burglary and Battery on Person Over 65
NW 62nd Ave. and NW 28th Ct.
Eugene Clarke, 8/1/67, struck a woman in the face and arm while she sat in her vehicle during a road rage incident.
Aggravated Battery — Parking Lot
240 SW 56th Ave.
A victim sustained a laceration requiring stitches after a road rage altercation. Both parties were transported to Northwest Medical Center.
Petit Theft — Walmart
5555 W. Atlantic Blvd.
Francisco Garcia Molina, 6/12/84, under-rang $179.69 worth of groceries. Released on NTA.
Petit Theft — Wawa
2000 N. State Road 7
Two females concealed candy and snacks valued at $67 and fled in a gray Nissan Frontier pickup. Wawa management requested prosecution.

Jamie Traino, 9/29/84, allegedly grabbed and pushed the victim, causing both to fall through a window. N.I.C.

James Petit-Homme, 12/2/10, charged with stealing a gray Nissan Altima. A second juvenile charged with trespassing and violation of probation.

Josean Ramos Ramirez, 7/7/87, allegedly pushed and pulled the victim during an argument before leaving the scene.
Sale of Tobacco to Minor

A woman was issued an NTA for selling tobacco to a person under 21.

David Perez, 8/28/79, arrested on an outstanding traffic warrant following a stop.
