International Hair Salon at Margate, also known as Personal Hair Dresser (PHD), celebrated its grand opening with a party attended by community leaders on August 21.
Owned by Tanya and Neil Fraprat, the business focuses on personal hair care, eyebrows, and nails.
Tanya specializes in providing high-quality hair coloring and highlights. “I wanted to open a large hair salon, and I like this location,” she said.
The Margate environment appeals to Tanya. “I love the trees, the sky, and the atmosphere of the city,” she said.
Providing high-quality service is essential to PHD, according to Victor Claro, the son of Neil and Tanya. He is working to help his parents build the company and provide quality customer care.
PHD is located at 3410 NW 62nd Avenue, Margate. Business Hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday and Monday by appointment.
