Margate Approves Sponsorship for Wingfest, Italian Fest, and Bacon, Beer & BBQ Festivals

Upcoming community festivals promise lively entertainment and local flavor for Margate residents.

During Wednesday’s meeting, the city commission approved a sponsorship agreement between the Community Redevelopment Agency and the My Family Matters Foundation for the Doc Reno’s Wingfest, South Florida Italian Fest, and the Bacon, Beer, and BBQ events.

These events will take place at the Margate Sports Complex, a covered field. The first festival will be on June 20, followed by events on August 1 and September 6. In the past, these festivals have included live music, food trucks, arts and craft vendors, and food contests.
