The City of Coconut Creek is hosting an ornament creation workshop where kids can decorate keepsake ornaments to bring home to loved ones.
The workshop is on Friday, December 16, from 5-6:30 p.m. at the Recreation Complex, located at 4455 Sol Press Blvd. Children ages 5-10 can participate at the cost of $15 for Coconut Creek residents and $20 for non-residents.
According to the city, kids will be using materials that don’t have sharp edges and are non-toxic.
Registration is ongoing until the class is filled, with space limited to ten participants. Registration is available online here or at the Recreation Complex, or at the Community Center, located at 1100 Lyons Road.
Credit card payment is the only form of payment currently being accepted. A WebTrac account is required to register online. For more information, click here or call 954-956-1580.
