
Jumpstart Read for the Record.

Coconut Creek is hosting a Jumpstart Read for the Record event for children ages 2-4.
Participants will enjoy a storytime of “Nigel and the Moon” by Antwan Eady, followed by a simple craft project.
The event will take place on Thursday, October 27, from 3-3:45 p.m. at the Recreation Complex, located at 4455 Sol Press Blvd.
The event is free, but pre-registration is required. Registration is ongoing until full, with space limited to 20 participants.
Jumpstart is a national early education organization that helps children become literate at an early age. Jumpstart organizes its annual national event where millions will read the same book on the same day.
Registration is available online here or by walk-in at the Recreation Complex or at the Community Center, located at 1100 Lyons Road.
