One new resident isn’t too pleased with the service he received from a Realtor who does business here in the Woodlands, that he wants everyone to be aware of it. In fact, he’s so angry, he’s reporting him to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
The homeowner never saw the agent because he was too busy on the eastern part of the county working on “bigger deals.” Even after the sale, the agent refused to remove the lockbox and his sign.
“I’ve purchased homes before and I’ve never had an experience like this…ever!” he wrote.
We won’t print the name here, but if you are selling your home, it pays to ask your neighbors and friends who they have had the best experience with.
If you are a homeowner, and you’d like to sell your home, you can also chat with your neighbors on our private Facebook Group.
