Margate to Sparkle with Holiday Cheer During 2024 Winter Festival

Margate residents, mark your calendars.

The city’s Winter Festival is slated for  Friday, December 20, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

This year’s Winter Festival will bring the magic of a Florida-style winter wonderland, complete with snow and excitement for the whole family.

There will be kiddie rides and local performances, and visitors can explore various food options and shop for unique handmade items from local artisans.

The best news? Santa Claus will also make a special appearance.

The event takes place along Margate Boulevard and US 441. Please note that Margate Boulevard, from US 441/SR 7 to NW 58th Avenue, will be closed to traffic from approximately 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to plan their routes accordingly and arrive early to enjoy all the festivities.
