The Woodlands Neighborhood Improvement District has appointed a new chairperson. Taylor White, attorney and Section Six resident, was appointed chair and will now lead the WNID toward a better solution that will benefit the Woodlands community.
The Planning Committee is looking for residents to join in with the planning for the future of the Woodlands. They welcome all ideas that you can bring to the table. If you have an area of expertise in either beautification or security, please join in to offer your insight. If you are interested in joining, please contact Doug and Karen Long, WNID Planning Committee representatives, at 954-717-1968 or email Karen at karen@your-accountant.net. They will update you when the next Organizational Meeting occurs.
The next WNID meeting will be held on Thursday, June 21, at the Section Six Clubhouse on 5208 Banyan Lane.
Don’t forget to visit the WNID website for news and meeting dates at www.woodlandsdistrict.org.
