Jennifer Leal Valenca rented a 2024 Ford Transit for two days on November 6, 2024, and failed to return it. U-Haul was unable to contact her.

Michael Codner, 37, was arrested for loitering and prowling at 1:12 a.m. Officers responded to reports of a man looking into vehicle windows with a flashlight.
