The City of Margate Sounds at Sundown event returns on Saturday, October 5, with VAM Band as the headliner.
The event, held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Margate Sports Complex at 1695 Banks Rd, features live music performances and food truck offerings under the evening sky.
VAM Band is a South Florida dance band focusing on Top 40, Funk, Soul, Pop, R&B, Motown, and more.
Event-goers are encouraged to bring their blankets and chairs to create a cozy spot on the lawn, ensuring a comfortable experience as they dine and enjoy the show.
The event is open to the public, and admission and parking are free. For event information, contact the Parks and Recreation Department at 954-972-6458.
