Fraud – Other
A company was the victim of Fraud – Other on NW 51st Steet. The company reported on 1/11/2023 that an ex-employee took out a loan for $675,000 under the business name.
Fraud – Wire
A 55-year-old male was the victim of Fraud – Wire/Computer/Atm on NW 71st Street. This was reported on 01/10/2023. The total estimated loss was $16,683. The victim claims Coinbase (Cryptocurrency) funds were withdrawn from his account without legal consent.
Vehicle Theft
A 36-year-old male was the victim of Vehicle Theft – Auto reported on 01/10/2023.
A 43-year-old female was the victim of Vehicle Theft – Auto on Lucaya Road. This was reported on 01/12/2023. The vehicle was stolen in Wynmoor.
Theft – From Motor Vehicle
A 27-year-old male was the victim of Theft – From a Motor Vehicle. The theft was reported on 01/13/2023. The total estimated loss was $1,060.
A 26-year-old female was the victim of Theft – From a Motor Vehicle. The theft was reported on 01/12/2023. The total estimated loss was $900.
Retail/shoplifting
Sephora was the victim of Theft – Retail/shoplifting on 4455 Lyons Road. This was reported on 01/10/2023. The total estimated loss was $621.
Armed Robbery
A victim of Armed Robbery was reported on 01/11/2023. The total estimated loss was $10,000.
Burglary – Residence
A 50-year-old female was the victim of Burglary – Residence on W Atlantic Blvd. The break-in was reported on 01/13/2023. The total estimated loss was $3,000. Victim’s boyfriend reported her jewelry was stolen from her.
Robbery – Home Invasion
A 26-year-old female was the victim of a Robbery – a Home Invasion on SR 7, was reported on 01/15/2023. The total estimated loss was $1,000.
Animal Bite
A 48-year-old female was the victim of an Animal Bite on Lyons Road. The incident was reported on 01/15/2023. A Saito`s Japanese Steakhouse server was bitten by a customer`s dog.
Arrests
Trianavasquez, Juan E, 21, was arrested on a Fleeing or Attempting To Elude Law Enforcement charge at 5400 W Sample Road on 01/10/2023.
Smith, Olivia Faith, 26, was arrested on a Battery-Cause Bodily Harm- Dating Violence charges at 5501 Lyons Road on 01/11/2023.
Rodriguezrangel, Eleazar, 18, was arrested on a charge of Driving While Intoxicated, at 4200 W Hillsboro Blvd, on 01/13/2023.
Knowles, Harold Albert, 54, was arrested on a charge of Touch Or Strike/Battery/Domestic Violence, at 4437 Lyons Road, on 01/14/2023.
Cedeno, Roddy M., 25, was arrested on a charge of Dui Alcohol Or Drugs 1st Offense, at 4700 Lyons Road, on 01/14/2023.
