Through our joint effort with the Margate Police Department to share updates with residents, this is a summary of Margate’s crime and arrests through November 4.

Burglary

A 37-year-old female was the victim of Burglary Conveyance on Marion Avenue on 10/31/2023. The total estimated loss was $70.

A 37-year-old female was the victim of Burglary Conveyance on Rock Island Road on 11/02/2023.

A 50-year-old female was the victim of Burglary Conveyance on SW 2 Street on 10/31/2023.

A 62-year-old male was the victim of Burglary Conveyance on SW 69 Terrace on 10/31/2023.

A 66-year-old female was the victim of Burglary Conveyance on NW 29 Court on 11/04/2023.

Suspicious Incident

A Suspicious Incident occurred on N State Road 7 on 10/31/2023.

A suspicious incident occurred on NW 1 State on 10/31/2023.

A suspicious incident occurred on NW 1 State on 11/01/2023.

A suspicious incident occurred on NW 65 Avenue on 11/01/2023.

A suspicious incident occurred on NW 22 Street on 11/02/2023.

A suspicious incident occurred on NW 11 Street on 11/04/2023.

Fraud

A 21-year-old male was the victim of Fraud Identity Theft on N State Road 7 on 10/31/2023.

Theft

A 23-year-old male was the victim of Theft – All Other on SW 50 Avenue on 10/31/2023.

A 45-year-old female was the Auto Theft – Motorcycle victim on N State Road 7 on 11/01/2023.

Elderly Abuse / Neglect

An 80-year-old male was the victim of Elderly Abuse / Neglect on W Atlantic Blvd on 11/01/2023.

An 87-year-old male was the victim of Elderly Exploitation on Margate Blvd on 11/03/2023.

Property Damage

A 31-year-old female was the victim of Property Damage on E Hemingway Circle on 11/01/2023.

Battery

A 29-year-old male was the victim of Battery on Margate Blvd on 11/01/2023.

A 24-year-old male was the victim of Battery on NW 15 Street on 11/03/2023.

A 74-year-old female was the victim of Battery on Royal Palm Blvd on 11/03/2023.

Aggravated Assault

A 45-year-old female was the victim of Aggravated Assault on NW 4 Street on 11/02/2023.

A 27-year-old female was the victim of Aggravated Assault on NW 68 Avenue on 11/03/2023.

Arrests

Hubbard, Katasia, Monae, 29, was arrested on a charge of Larceny Petit Theft 1 Degree 100 Less 750 Dollars at 3300 NW 62 Avenue on 10/31/2023.

Yassell, Lois A., 60, was arrested on a charge of Cruelty Toward Child Abuse Child Without Great Bodily Harm on Banks Road on 10/31/2023.

Hetzel, Mark, Ernest, 51, was arrested on a charge of Aggravated Assault W/ Deadly Weapon-Domestic Violence on NW 4 Street on 11/02/2023.

Clayton, Shankyria, Latricia, 20, was arrested on a charge of Cruelty Toward Child Aggravated Child Abuse on NW 79 Terrace on 11/02/2023.

Petit Frere, Adlin, 32, was arrested on a Trespassing Structure Or Conveyance charge on 4998 W Atlantic Blvd on 11/03/2023.

Musto, Anthony, Corrado, 76, was arrested on a charge of battery-causing bodily Harm – Domestic Violence on Royal Palm Blvd on 11/03/2023.
